Labor Day

Went to a bbq at some older friends house in Silver Spring.  They have more money than brains. Their tiny house, in an average neighborhood is worth somewhere around half a million just because of the proximity to DC. Me? I would take care of it. But they let their little dogs crap everywhere indoors and although they have expensive furniture, every chair is mounded with stuff. Disguting. They do occasionally clear the table & set out some of the good china. So Monday we ate grill food off of exquisite plates & fine crystal. Personally I would have preferred to eat bbq sitting around a fire.
